Extrication Event
Our auto shop recently hosted a community event that featured local county firefighters participating in an informative extrication class. The firefighters were trained in the usage of various equipment and techniques for cutting cars. Additionally, they received valuable insights into the safety considerations associated with electric vehicles, particularly Teslas. It was a collaborative and educational experience that aimed to enhance the firefighters’ skills and raise awareness about the evolving automotive landscape.
Lowell Women’s Club
Formed in 1919, The Lowell Women’s Club is a non-profit group of Women dedicated to community service. The Lowell Women’s Club membership is open to any woman with an interest in improving the wonderful town of Lowell, NC. LWC’s commitment to the community is expressed through support for city parks, schools and institutions, and expressed though service to community activities.
